Our company was born in Kraków – a city full of history and unique charm. From the very beginning, we wanted to transform tourism in Poland, as we noticed many gaps and mistakes in how tours were organized. That’s when the idea came to life: to create a brand built on perfect organization and genuine care for every detail of the journey. Over time, we expanded our presence and today we proudly operate offices in Kraków, Warsaw, and Gdańsk. Our motto is simple: a happy traveler is the best showcase of our company. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Milosz contacted me before we left the
UK to explain when we should contact him and the meeting process. He was
both professional and friendly and I don’t think we could have found the hotel
without him! I would give him 6 stars if i could.

The driver provided excellent service. He was very friendly and always displayed
a positive attitude. He provided us with very useful information for our stay and
escorted us and helped us into the apartment despite receiving the wrong
address and it being late at night.

Called to say would be 5 minutes late but really wasn’t late at all. Directed us
where we needed to go when we got the airport. Great service

Milosz was an absolute pleasure. He went over and above to help us. He
collected us from the airport when we arrived and told us everything we needed
to know about Krakow. He sent on plenty of recommendations for restaurants
and places to see while we were here. He was so kind we asked him for bring us
back to the airport this evening.

Very responsible, respectful and honest young man. Provided a lot of
information about Kraków and gave recommendation, which are surely going to
use, very good communicative in English! Arrived at night from airport to
appartment where i am staying, took me for the door and didn’t leave until we
unlocked the main doors with a code, to make sure i enter in safety. Beyond

Our standard tours are conducted in English.
On request, we can arrange private tours in German, Italian, French, Spanish, Dutch, or Swedish.

What kind of vehicles do you use for transportation?
  • Modern air-conditioned minivans (up to 8 people), 
  • Larger minibuses, 
  • Comfortable coaches for bigger groups. 
    👉 Small groups can also be served with standard cars. 
Why do I need to provide my full name when booking?

Most museums and attractions require accurate personal details for: 

  • issuing personalized tickets, 
  • security checks at the entrance, 
  • compliance with local regulations. 

❗ Incorrect data may result in denied entry. 

Do I need to carry an ID or passport?

Yes, you must bring a valid ID or passport for: 

  • ticket and identity verification, 
  • age confirmation where necessary, 
  • fulfilling security requirements. 

❗ Without a valid document, you may not be able to join the tour. 

What happens if I’m late for the meeting point or pickup?
  • For group tours, punctuality is essential – the group departs on time, and waiting time is limited to 5 minutes. 
  • For private tours, there is more flexibility, but delays should be reported as early as possible. 

👉 Refunds are not provided for missed tours due to late arrival without prior notice.
